THe Maize meal cooking encyclopedia is finally here!

Dear readers and buyers,

i am absolutely delighted and relieved to cordially inform you that the long awaited maize meal cooking encyclopedia is finally here.

this second volume of my cooking encyclopedia series finally joined international analysis and strategy with my cookery – kitchen craft!

was written between sharing many cooking and baking videos with close friends ( thank you for those who have not quit on me for sharing failed recipes among many breaking ground formulas like the maize meal stock disks!

was written to revolutionise the way g20 summits are conducted and presented to the world, because my research and new products bring leverage to countries struggling to manage trade negotiations, struggling with a growing struggling population and struggling to be seen as productive and making an effective change to the panorama of their predicament : hunger and conflict.

by empowering people to produce products at home that liberate them from the ever more expensive food prices, food shortages and lack of available healthy options for those more vulnerable in the world, i also aimed to inform the private and public initiatives alike that now there is no excuse for us all not to join hands together in successfully making the road wider for all of us to walk side by side shielded away from hunger and extreme starvation.

this second volume of my cooking encyclopedia series joined my homemade and industrial cooking solutions with the sdg’s i am campaigning for months in the wake of this year g20 summit in south africa, with the vision i have for my c0-founded africa auction tv.

The breakthrough character of my book is interchanged in three revolutionary pillars:

  1. Protein Engineering Modalities: The provision of dual, scientifically proven pathways for achieving protein sovereignty, ensuring scalable and inclusive solutions that address both high-capital industrial needs (Texturised Vegetable Protein, TVP) and low-capital Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) capacity (Maize Tofu Analogue).1
  2. Humanitarian Logistics: The successful translation of sophisticated industrial quality control techniques, such as cryo-stable food physics (utilizing pregelatinized starch and hydrocolloids), into critical countermeasures against socio-economic fragility, particularly maternal time poverty and logistical failure.1
  3. The Circular Bioeconomy Contract: Establishing guaranteed commercial viability and environmental sustainability through mandatory waste valorization, converting maize waste streams (e.g., husks, cobs, and alcohol production residues) into high-value biopolymers and high-protein animal feed (DDGS).

I did not conform to the reality that maize meal , one of the most available staples in the african continent, is actually deemed not suitable for babies , children and the most vulnerable adults because lacks nutritional value.

i just could not conform to that ,so i decided to develop a socio economic model well researched and multi disciplinary that would bring other sciences to push for scientific advance in the fields involved.

not surprising i made use of my academia.edu membership and all books i could get my hands on at home, even medical microbiology encyclopedias to push forward an effective platform where theory meets practice and is demonstrated at the molecular level as well as at the international policy level and societal level for the benefit of all, but especially the most vulnerable.

I used 4 scientific mechanisms to achieve household and industrial breakthrough in the value of maize meal, with four corresponding process modalities aimed at 4 different beneficiaries which i provided four different final products.

Target BeneficiaryProcess ModalityResulting ProductKey Scientific Mechanism
Industry (Scaling MSMEs)High-Moisture Extrusion (HME)Shelf-Stable TVP ChunksProtein Structure Engineering (Anisotropy)
MSMEs / HouseholdProtein Co-Precipitation (Wet Process)Maize Tofu AnalogueAlkaline Solubilization (Low-CapEx Pathway) 1
Household (Infants)Germination or Controlled FermentationLow-Viscosity PorridgesEnzymatic Starch Breakdown (Combating High Viscosity)
Household (Mothers/Logistics)Formulation with Hydrocolloids/PGSCryo-Stable Flavour ConcentratesCryoprotection/Pregelatinised Starch for Stability

I scientifically demonstrated this in paper and in my videos where my close friends watched me develop innovative recipes which i will get there later on.

these four modalities interchange with my model, with it’s economic viability and the concept of circular BIO-ECONOMY, a core g20 goal!

Why so? because i developed the full large applicable plans with scientific pathways for converting maize processing by-products into valuable commercial products, thereby generating multiple revenue streams and enhancing the overall economic resilience of the maize value chain.

by other words, i changed the maize meal economic equation and provided the only sustainable pathway toward true nutritional sovereignty in Africa, by adding value to the maize using science. a few examples of how i added value include:

The conversion of Maize Husks and Cobs into biopolymers.

The conversion of Distillers’ Dried Grains with Solubles (DDGS)—a major by-product of industrial alcohol production—into high-protein animal feed.

In my recipes I applied different conversion technology pathways to different maize by products to achieve high -value products , therefore demonstrating full achievement of the circular bio-economy wanted outcome by the g20.

using my experience as a single mother, i informed the readers and stake holders wanting to partner with me to develop my industrial, scientific, economic and international policy models, that i am part of the solution to this global problem, because as a mother and member of a vulnerable gender, i too know what is food insecurity, especially during moments of crises like the cov 19 pandemic and the credit crunch.

By protecting the primary caregiver’s health and energy, the scientific output (PGS/hydrocolloids) serves a direct, measurable humanitarian purpose: safeguarding the household’s core capacity to survive crises!

my technical innovation is one of my contributions to the g20 ambition of a New Ethical Contract: Mandating Sustainable and Equitable Food SystemS!

my work is scientifically inclusive of african economies producing maize by products because it addresses the technological frontier barrier by providing a dual-modality solution to the protein deficit: the high-capital, high-moisture extrusion for large industries, and the low-capital protein co-precipitation for MSMEs.1 This democratises the solution to the protein deficit, mitigating capital inequality!

it is a step up regarding my previous social theory models because i provide 100 per cent Humanitarian Efficacy! The use of advanced food physics (PGS and hydrocolloids) in Cryo-Stable Concentrates is a robust technical solution to the sociological problems of time poverty and logistical failure, ensuring nutritional consistency for vulnerable populations. Simultaneously, the bio-processing solutions for infant food focus on the measurable scientific metric of viscosity reduction, ensuring physiological efficacy against stunting.

it is a step forward in comparison to my previous social theory models involving sciences and engineering because lays the project for a Sustainable Economic Structure: The adherence to the Circular Bioeconomy through mandatory add-value of waste streams (biopolymers from cobs/husks, high-protein DDGS from alcohol production) guarantees the multi-revenue model necessary to justify long-term capital investment in industrialised processing infrastructure in vulnerable african countries.

and is above a giant step above my previous social theory models because finally the social engineering component of my models have achieved 100 per cent an ethical foundation that cannot be disputed anywhere in the globe.

I hope you buy my book when the book hit the shelves.

until next time,
